Roses was wrong color and was not delivered when I asked paid good money for your service and was not worth it at all very unhappy and will not be back
I am Very Dissappointed! I wanted to Brighten my Besties Day and send her some of her Favorite Flowers Gerbera Daisies .....I asked if they had them he said Yes named 3 colors , I ask for all 3 and Ask if he was going to put them in a Glass Vase, he said he would take care of me. Well I saw the Picture my Bestie sent and these were Daisies I can get at Wal Mart in the $ 4.99 section and the Vase was a Square, Color not even matching anything with a Ribbon matching Nothing ! Very Dissappointed and I would not Recomment this place , especially if your out of state ordering where you can't see them first! It Literally looks like a 5 yr old Designed it! Looks more like 12.99 instead of the 40.00 I paid +Delivery and Tax. Ughhhhh Maybe I should of picked design from the webpage , but who knows what that would of looked like either! I have not even called yet, until I calm down.

BEST SERVICE, EVER!!! I have a very sick cousin, my favorite cousin, at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. I'm in Portland, OR. I got on line and found Village Floral & Gifts. I called in my order with a specific color scheme. It was about 3:30pm...his shop closed at 4pm. He told me would take care of me. He delivered the arrangement at 5:20...and hour and 20 minutes after business hours! How awesome is that?!! Village Floral...YOU ROCK!!! PS...The bouquet and stuffed froggy are FABULOUS!I
